i stayed in a premier double room for 5 nights and it surpassed my previous experience in seoul. the location was unbeatable, just a 5-minute walk to namdaemun market, perfect for street food. the staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us during a medical emergency, which made our stay even more memorable.
breakfast selection was somewhat limited.

Room for improvement in storage options!!! The limited lobby space leaves little room for arriving guests. Additional seating in the room would enhance comfort significantly!!!

I had a fantastic time thanks to the remarkable proximity to both Myeongdong at just a 10-minute stroll and the beautiful Namsangol Hanok Village only about 2 km away, which made it super easy for me to soak in culture while wandering around. the room was exceptionally clean and provided all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay.

I booked the Premier Double Room for five nights. The location couldn't be better. close to Namdaemun Market for street food and just a short walk from two subway stations. Staff impressed me with their friendliness, especially during a medical emergency, really went above and beyond. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable layout. I appreciated the additional amenities like a washer and dryer in the room. The bathroom was well-maintained, and I loved the bidet feature. Only downside, breakfast had limited options and the coffee wasn't great. Overall, everything else was good, making my stay quite pleasant.

I enjoyed my stay in the Superior Twin Room. The location allows easy access to great street food and attractions nearby. However, the hotel had some noise issues from guests and the bed felt a bit too firm for my liking. Overall, a pleasant experience.

I thought the location was quiet, yet close to everything I wanted to see. The staff was friendly and helped me plan my sightseeing. They provided great advice about where to go and how to get around. I had a spacious room that felt more like an apartment than just a place to sleep. I appreciated the little things, like the automated controls.

The location offers easy access to the subway and is just a short distance from key attractions, creating a perfect base for exploration. A standout feature was the well-maintained spa facilities, providing a refreshing hot bath experience. However, the room felt slightly compact, and the furniture showed signs of wear, with frayed towels and some chipped areas. For comfort, the pillows could be improved, as they were quite flat. Overall, the hospitality from the staff was commendable.
